I have over 20 years of HR experience at organisations like PepsiCo, Unilever, and Exscientia. I know how businesses run.
But in August 2023, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.
That experience changed everything. I realised that what businesses think helps often misses the mark. I was fortunate to have a "best in class" experience with my employer, and now I use that unique combination of lived experience and corporate skills and knowledge to help others get it right.
